After thirteen years of looking after the admin requirements of businesses and organisation we have "packaged" the services most commonly requested. The three packages described below cater to the needs of our main client base which include Organisations/Not for profit Orgs/Trusts, Small businesses and independent consultants.  All three cater for the common need of "SAVING TIME" allowing the business owner to get on with growing the businesses and to SAVE ON UNNECESSARY EXPENSES such as staffing andset up costs.

 


AHI KA ADMIN PACKAGE

The Ahi Ka Admin package is our standard package specifically set-up to manage the day to day admin of a business/organisation.  It includes all basic admin requirements including phone/email, daily banking and depending on your requirements can involve anything from 1 hour to 30 hours per week.

 


 

 

KOWHAI SMALL BIZ PACKAGE

Are you starting out in business or are you a "one man band" that doesn't have the time or the funds to rent office space let alone set-up an office with photocopiers, computers, phone systems ohh and don't forget STAFF!!! The small Biz Package is completely flexible, allowing you to choose the services required from our comprehensive "checklist" on a pay as needed basis.  In this package we offer assistance in total admin set-up for new businesses including systems, templates and promotional material.

 


 

RATA OFFICE MAKEOVER PACKAGE

Ideal for the existing business that requires an "Admin office makeover".  The PA team will come to your office and evaluate your current administration systems (if any) and design new systems especially designed to suit your inidividual business.  Regular "maintenance checks" are an ongoing service offered from PA to ensure your newly made-over office remains working efficiently.  Ask us about our FREE OFFICE EVALUATION! OFFICE SET-UP PACKAGE

The office set-up packages includes the following; a 1 hours evaluation & consultation or your current administration requirements, set-up and creations of the Office set-up package individualised to your business, 2 hours training on how to use the office set-up package, computer & hardcopy filing set-up and mapping, template creations & set-up - includingLetterhead, compliment slips, facsimile Cover sheets, work schedules, invoices, meeting agenda's and minutes, correspondence logs and systems templates, calendar set-up (Microsoft Office Outlook), domain name registrations, email set-up and signature design, Set-up of Creditors and Debitors Folder, General systems manual including "how to" administer above package and stationery for the package. PROMO BASICS PACKAGE

The Promo Basics Package includes: x1 set of 500 double sided, high quality, full colour business cards, x1 set of 500 double sided, full colour DL Brochures, x100 2 paged, double sided, full colour panui / newsletter printed - plus electronic versions suitable for email, x50 A5 full colour 8 paged (double sided) booklets.
